Deposit Policy
$300 refundable security deposit. All deposits are due within 7 days of booking. The total balance due must be received 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy
A Cabin in the Forest has a 14-day non-holiday and a 30-day holiday cancellation policy. If the reservation is cancelled more than 14/30 days prior to the arrival date, there is a $25 cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 14/30 days prior to the arrival date, and the unit is re-booked, than you will be offered a "raincheck" to be used within 12 months of the original date. If not re-booked you will forfeit all funds paid. Date changes to reservations are considered cancellations, and follow the same policies.
